Description

Player's Play is a card game in which players can choose to participate ("play") each round or not, and the number of players that participate will determine what type of game is played.

Each player is dealt a hand of 5 cards, and 4 participation cubes. Two cards form the deck are turned face up and will determine the trump suits for the game. In turn order, the players decide if they wish to participate, spending a participation cube if they choose to do so.

If one player participates, it will be a solitaire game. If two players participate, it is a blackjack style game. If three players participate, it is a poker style game. If four participate, it is a trick-taking game. If a player wins one of these mini-games, they receive a victory point, and the first person to three victory points wins.
