Pokémon Vietnamese Crystal is a bootlegged version of Pokémon Crystal and was first discovered in Vietnam, although it was most likely made in China or Taiwan. It went through a poor translation from Japanese to English (via Chinese translators) which has led to nonsensical and unintentionally humorous Engrish dialogue. Pokemon are called elves in this game.
