Rapport: As a trained experience Community Resource Officer you can impact situations others can't:
At any time you can turn in a donut to add or subtract a pip to any die rolled in relation to your location if any punk tokens are also present
Respect: They look up to you, so interviewing juveniles when they are away from their cohorts works well:
At the end of your turn you may draw an investigation card from any deck if you are parked next to a lone punk token

Unorthodox: At any time before taking your action, you may discard any one of your police cards to temporarily increase your strength in any area by 1 (e.g. investigation goes from 2 up to 3)
Underdog: As a community service officer, you get more donuts for arresting than others (one donut for 1 or 2 punk tokens and two donuts for 3 or more punks)
