144 cards (double-sided) with quotes from the platforms of German political parties (CDU/CSU, SPD, Grüne, PDS, FDP).
In the first round (of three) all the players need to do is guess which quote belongs to which party. If you answer correctly, you get the card. Some rules (like the "Veto" rule) enhance gameplay.
In the second round, all players design a party platform with the cards at their disposal, and the players vote for the best one.
