Description

Taken from the Introduction.
The future is a paradise.
Just not for you.

You are an Interesting Person, a social misfit, unable to adapt to the serene, post-postmodern perfection that is the Posthegemony. Obviously there is something very wrong with you, because the Earth is a utopia. Posthegemony:Terra Nomenklatura, is a Garden of Eden whose kindly bureaucrats guard the gates by wielding fiery swords of paperwork, indifference, and free porn. Nobody has to work, computers run everything, and there is plenty of food and entertainment for all.

You hate it; but do you have what it takes to escape it?

Posthegemony: Terra Nomenklatura is a "unique" setting for Star Hero. It contains many of the familiar conventions of a science fiction roleplaying game. There are spaceships, androids, artificial intelligences, and other futuristic miracles. However, the focus of the game isn’t on technology, exploring strange new worlds, or combating alien menaces. Rather, Posthegemony addresses deeper questions of urbanization, individuality, and the false promises of social utopianism.

Additional comment.
The main rulebook is 121 pages. The flip side of the book contains a 25 page novelette of the Posthegemony called "A Remembrance Of Her".

Posthegemony:Terra Nomenklatura requires Star Hero (HERO System 6) to play.
