Auction nights are a tradition among you and your friends, but tonight’s art pieces are exquisite. You grab your trust fund debit card and take a seat, eager to walk home with a Mashterwork. Or several. Point being, you really want to be able to show off your collection of art to your friends to kindly remind them of what they didn’t win.
Potato Party: Mashterworks is a lightweight auctioneering party game for 3-8 players. Players begin the game with a single Painting, assigned a random value from the Value Points (VP) deck. During the game, paintings will be auctioned off, change value, and traded (stolen..) around the table. When all available Paintings have been auctioned off, all players total up their VP. The player with the highest VP wins and thus may gloat about their superior taste in the fine arts.
