Power Up

"Two player card game of Super Powered Martial Arts Combat."

Each player starts out with 100 Hit Points and 10 Power Points. The object of the game is to reduce the opponent to zero Hit Points.

Cards are drawn and played to make or aid attacks. Each card has a Power Point cost. A basic hand to hand attack may be made without playing any cards. The basic attack costs one Power Point and causes 1d6 damage. Each turn that a player does not make an attack, the player gains 2d6 Power Points.
