Welcome to Pru’s Phials of Perilous Poisons, a D100 list of common and nasty poisons used by rogues, assassins, and others.
These poisons have many uses, from simple rodent control to deadly missions where a quick assassination is called for. Some of the potions in the list have rather commonplace effects, others are quite deadly. All effects are expressed based on the 5e rule set and terminology to put effects into concrete terms. Feel free to change the effects (stronger/weaker/different appearance, etc.) as appropriate for your particular campaign and rule set.
Poisons can be found in dark holes your group of adventurers explore, on the bodies of dead opponents (who may have used some of it in battle), or in secret shops known only to a select few.
However you decide to add these poisons to your game, your players will surely delight in finding some use for their potent effects - if they don’t of poisoning first.
