Description
Psionics are not as large a part of 5th Edition D&D as older editions. At the very least, they are not as inherently compatible as they have been in older editions. The Mystic UA was, by and large, not functional. There are a lot of options that only the mystic can use and it didn’t mesh well with the rest of the game. But psionics remain a cool concept and a fun ability to have; if only there was a good way to put them in 5e…
Psionics: Spellcasting & Specialties is my solution to that problem.
This book has rules for three key ways that players can add psionic abilities to their character, making the ability to do weird stuff with your mind nearly universally accessible to all classes and character backgrounds.
