Antique Maps XVII - Puget Sound of the 1800's details Puget Sound east to the Rocky Mountains as understood in 1855. This beautiful map was commisioned by the Honorable Jefferson Davis, then Secretary of War. The surveyor who created this map was Isaac L.Stevens.
