Description
Puppet Murder is a minimalist eight-card game where players draft roles and attempt to kill one another. The card draft is reminiscent of the one in Citadels, but the resolution of each round is solely in terms of which player kills which other.
Each player begins the game with three "life" chips. When one is killed by another player, the killer takes a chip from the victim and flips it to the "kill" side. If at the end of a round, a player has three "kill" chips (and retains a "life") the game is over: the first player to achieve that state has won. Equally, if a player has lost all their life at the end of a round, the game may also be over (though the victory conditions are more complex in that case.)
