BACKSTORY
North of Leedderon, at an inlet called O’Malley’s Bay where frequent rain storms cast a curious and wondrous sight - double rainbows. As such, clans of leprechauns have taken to living in the thick forest around the bay and have amassed a well-known and sought-after hoard of gold. Treasure hunters have tried to find the legendary gold, but none have prevailed.
After the last rain storm, a group of goblins used magic to steal pots of gold at the end of the double rainbow. Reclusive leprechauns, mere myths in the minds of locals and adventurers in O’Malley’s Bay, have awakened and realized their precious gold is missing. Now, armed with magic and their shillelaghs, the leprechauns seek to retrieve their gold from the mischievous and evil goblins and teach them a lesson about chasing rainbows.
