Description

Pyörremyrskypeli ("the tornado game") Hurrikaani ("hurricane") is a 1970s Paletti game where players are trying to reach the center without getting swept away by the hurricane. If played by four players, every player comes from a different point of the compass (N,E,W, or S)

The hurricane is being simulated by a rotating comb attached to the center of the game board. The comb will brush off player pieces if they are places in the danger zone when the comb turns. Each player moves along cells numbered 1 to 17, arranged in six rows. Every second row is totally safe from the hurricane, every second row can be hit by the hurricane, i.e. the teeth of the comb.

16 pieces, 4 each of blue, yellow, red and green.
