In Quack Heads, players are dealt 7 cards, and the objective is to be the first to discard all cards. If a player doesn’t have the right card, they can bluff, but opponents can contest by saying “QUACK.” If the card is revealed as truthful, the contester draws 1 card; if it’s a bluff, the bluffer draws 2 cards.
Special cards add unique actions like challenges, drawing penalties, and wild advantages. Players must strategically decide when to bluff and when to play truthfully, using these elements to gain an edge over opponents.
