In a dystopian near-future, the player is a taxi cab driver in Kemo City; a city that has been completely walled in and blocked off from the outside world, and most of the people inside have been infected with a virus that makes people irrationally violent. You earn money by picking up customers and doing odd jobs, upgrade your cab with various weapons, and try to find a way to escape Kemo City.
