The game requires the use of a (simple) custom deck; the deck is not provided in the game document, but it would be trivial to create. At the start of the game, players draw a random card to determine their character's status (Infected or Clean) which does not vary during play. A series of discussions and votes are taken to schedule individual characters for medical examination. The infected "team" wins after a certain number of rounds; the clean "team" wins if all infected characters are examined.
