Quarantine II starts where Quarantine left off. After escaping Kemo City, you discover that the outside world is a dangerous and mostly lawless place. Like in Quarantine, you play the role of Drake Edgewater, driving your cab, taking and completing missions, and spending money to repair and upgrade your cab's armor and weapons. Unlike the dark cyberpunk environment of Kemo City, the setting in Quarantine II is more post-apocalyptic.
