You have your players heading into town, looking for a specific NPC. However, you don't have the guild they belong to, nor do you have the time to create a massive roster of information to add refreshing realism.
With three cards, you can get a structure set in place and use whatever means to fill out the key players in your new guild. All you need is a deck of cards and a way to take notes!
