At sunrise, the sleepy ducklings wake up. The morning is wonderful, it is sunny, a colourful rainbow stretches across the sky.
While the sun shines from the sky and the morning is warm and pleasant, the mother duck hurries to take her children to the pond for a swim. But a cloud appears in the sky and wants to hide the sun. If it is cloudy, the ducklings will not want to go swimming. Therefore, mum and her young ones should hurry to bathe while the sun is still shining and inviting them to swim.
On your turn roll the die and resolve the result with one of the ducks: if flower/mushroom/cherries comes out go to the first free tile with that symbol; when arrow comes out take a step in the indicated direction (forward/backward); if sun comes out take a step along the rainbow. To dive into the water, any symbol will do: insert the duck in the hole and turn the pond to show the next hole. Important: Mother Goose shows the way and can never be overtaken!
Players win the game when the last duck dives, while they are defeated by the sun reaching the cloud.
