Quoz

Game ID: GID0257801
Collection Status
Description

Quoz is played with a deck of eight suits each numbered 0-4, plus 12 numbered "Draw" cards and 12 "Quoz" cards.

On a turn a player plays two cards with matching number or suit, optionally accompanied by a Draw card. The next player to play is determined by the rank of the cards played (higher if different) - count that many players around the table. If it ends on the current player they choose who plays next.

Instead of playing a pair, a player may draw a card or play a Quoz card, which forces the previous player to also play a Quoz card. If they can't they collect all played cards and also draw cards as indicated by any Draw cards played. (Players may also have to collect cards if they can't play a pair under some circumstances.)

When a player is out of cards everyone else scores the value of their remaining cards. Low score when someone reaches 200 points wins.
