Ragnarok Online is a Korean online MMORPG using 2D character graphics in a 3D environment, loosely based on a Korean comic book by the same name. It was one of the early MMORPGs with an anime look, and due to its cute graphics, it attracted large amounts of fans in both Korea, Japan, the States and Europe.
