Brother Thaddeus unriddled the hiding place of the long-lost Chalice of Lentagern from certain obscure passages in Zentarch’s Great Book of Thaumaturgy. Desirous of gaining the beneficial powers of the artifact, Thaddeus urged his master, the powerful border princeling High Lord Roderick, to mount an expedition to recover it.
