Ranger - Storm Warden

This ranger subclass was inspired by the storm.

Storm Warden Rangers venture out into the harshest weather undetered to find those lost in the storm and bring them back to the safty of home and hearth. They are most at home in the middle of a raging hurricane or destructive tornado.

Mechanically you add some lightning damage to your attacks and can teleport with a blinding flash. At later levels you can survive the harshest storms and can tell when the are rolling in. You can also cause lightning to linger on the battlefield and move around at your will.
