REFINED is an strategic dice manipulation and economic model game. Players will use their engineers to gather upgrades and resources from the crude oil market and refine their crude oil supplies. The crude oil is represented by six specific colors of dice. The dice that the players acquire each round are rolled and manipulated to produce specific oil distillates that would be recognized and used to manufacture everyday consumer goods and products (example: tires and gasoline). Players will then sell these products (dice) to fulfill industrial contracts or fulfill wholesale market requirements. Using their unique refinery setup and fulfilling specific market demands, the player that creates the most efficient refinery operation (profits) and weathers the historical challenges will be name the Oil Tycoon of the Oil Industrial Revolution.
