The first game published by the Otto Maier Verlag, later to be known as Ravensburger Spieleverlag.
The game was inspired by Jules Verne's "Around the World in Eighty Days". The players travel around the board rolling dice to get to the field with the number 80 accomplishing their travel around the world, using money to overcome any troubles along the way.
