Criminals of all kinds have been turning up dead. Most of the slayings are centered around Phoenix, a region notorious for NEMO involvement. Some would count this a blessing, but the Desert Rangers want it stopped, as the indiscriminate killings have offed informants and risked provoking gangland violence. The suspect is an Ex-desert ranger, and it’s your job to track him down and bring him in dead or alive. Retribution is an Exodus OPS campaign scenario for 4 to 6 characters of 5th to 7th level and can easily be converted to other Post-Apocalyptic game settings.
