Bellumundra, the Red Empress, is the dragon ruler of Bellum. From atop her volcanic base, Allfire Peak, she plots bloody invasions, ever intent on expanding the borders of her empire. Bellum is supported by stolen wealth from a dozen vassal states. Citizens of the imperial core enjoy stability and safety- so long as they never engage in subversive speech.

There is no shred or pretence of morality in any of Bellumundra’s actions. She acquires power for its own sake, and she abhors the monotony of peace.
