The cancelled Spring Game Market 2020, was going to be the 10th Game Market that Oink Games had an exhibit at. So the founder, Mr. Sasaki, was thinking to have a booth by himself, just like the first exhibit, separate from Oink Games and to make and sell games that would be difficult for Oink Games itself to handle. One of those games is Rights a.k.a. Startups.
This game is Startups made by touching up Rights. Made by Mr. Sasaki as a hobby for events, we took "Startups" and gave it the look and feel of "Rights". But since the rules for both "Startups" and "Rights" are included, we think it is a nice package for people that like both games.
No rules changes, there are 2 separate instruction manuals, one for each game. Both utilize the same components with only slight variation between them.
