This is an outline for a one-shot game of Tenra Bansho Zero, using the Ruined Empire alternate setting. While originally intended for a three-hour convention game, Tenra doesn't really fit into that short a time. This scenario might be better used as the basis for a short campaign of three to eight sessions. If you want to fit the game into a three to four hour convention slot, reduce the number of players to three or four.
