This version of the game supports play for one to three players without a game master. Characters select a Race (Troll, Human, Fairy), a Class (Fighter, Cleric, Barbarian, Thief), and purchase equipment. Race has a larger impact on game play than Class, as it determines the initial Attribute scores as well as giving some significant play bonuses.
