RollDown is a 1 on 1 strategic dice/card game. players pose as gods acting out holy wars from a heavily abstracted point of view, all just to score points against one another. Each player commands six martyrs represented by dice of ascending sizes. players also receive three blessing cards that they can use for powerful effects that can directly change dice values or reroll multiple dice at once.
Capturing an opponent’s die requires you to sacrifice one of your own. you and your opponent will always have an equal number of dice in play. The player who makes the final capture takes all the glory, winning the round.
Use cards and rerolls to strengthen your position or to weaken your opponents. Try to set up the best trades possible so that the final odds are skewed in your favor.
This game is fully playable with just a set of playing cards and Two sets of polyhedral RPG dice. It allows for several aspects of casino advantage play such as card counting, bet manipulation, luck pushing, and bluffing.
