A supply depot managed by 137 British soldiers, 36 of them wounded. New had just arrived that 1,500 men, officers and other ranks have been attacked and wiped out by the Zulu army. 4000 of them are pressing towards the 'Drift.
Rorke's Drift is not make-believe, it's history. THe defenders held their ground for twelve exhausting hours - against all odds.
