Hyenas are sneaky predators that will use every moment of inattention to attack the participants of the Summer Parade. Hyena cards can be added to the game to make it even more unpredictable.

The game follows the normal rules with one exception: The Hyena card must be played on any previously placed animal card. Hyenas cannot be played on an "empty" column. A played Hyena card reduces the value of the card underneath it by 1. If, at the end of the round, the Hyena is the last card played in the column, the value of the tokens of this animal is 1 lower than on the last card played of this animal. You cannot play one Hyena onto another.
