Scenarios, strategy, variants, historical analysis, and even modifications to existing test series games. Original editor Nick Maffeo. With issue #2 David Isby was added on as associate editor. My sources say that there were 11 issue published.
This is a Poultron Press publication. Altough issue #1 also credits the Infinity Corp
