Build your city, sabotage your opponents

Collect the highest score by placing the structure cards in your hand around the town center.
You can place low-scoring structures in your opponents' cities to lower their score.

After the first round, each player draws cards from the deck at the beginning of the round until they have 4 structure cards in their hand and chooses to build or sabotage. Each player completes their city by placing a pair of 5 different types of building cards around the town center. The game ends when all players have completed their city. Points are tallied. The player with the highest score wins.
