From the introduction:
You have in your hands (or on your screen) a free adventure and introduction to the Quest 21 (Q21) rule set. This adventure will also introduce some of the conflict of the world of Skaerune', through introductions to Rakshasa, Salt Island, and some of the island's denizens. There are also four pre-generated characters who have everything they need except gender and name. This lets your players add their own personal color to the characters.
