[publisher's description] In the middle of Lake Gichigami, you’ll find a large island with a tiny isolated community inhabited by tourists, academics, employees, and the uber wealthy. It’s a strange place. This far out, the lake looks like an ocean. It’s a six hour ferry ride back to Sawyer Harbor and that only comes a few times a week. It’s the most remote National Park in the world.
This supplement for Bump in the Dark includes a brand new setting for players to visit for a one-shot or stay for a mini-campaign. With three Hunts that can be played in any order and a village populated with interconnected NPCs, they'll gradually uncover the darkness that lies beneath the tranquility of Salvager's Isle.
The Hunts
In THE HAZE, the radio reports a strange weather anomaly moving to envelop Salvager's Isle. This isn't the first time it's come to Salvager's Isle. Locals talk about seeing silhouettes in the haze and hearing pained voices whispering things they can't make out. But the Haze wants something, that's for sure.
In CULT OF THE LAKE, Max Orbendofer is missing and his wife believes he's a victim of human sacrifice. The locals hated him sure, but more than that, there's rumours of old folk rituals being done on the island, dating back to the old settlement of Devil's Respite...
And in THE GICHIGAMI BEAST (Available below as a Free Demo), a park ranger witnesses a cryptid killing two campers. This sparks a surge of interest among Gichigami Hunters, who disregard their personal safety for a chance to catch the Beast. Can you catch the creature before more lives are lost?
