The information that BGG has on this item indicates that San Guo Sha is an unauthorized reproduction of BANG! with just a few differences, published in China and distributed in several coutries of the world.
This is the fourth character expansion of San Guo Sha, or the Killers of the Three Kingdoms. This expansion introduces 10 new characters including 8 ordinary characters and 2 Demi-God characters randomly inserted into some packets.
The 10 characters are:
Shu Kingdom: Liu Chan, Jiang Wei;
Wei Kingdom: Zhang He, Deng Ai;
Wu Kingdom: Sun Ce, Zhang Zhao&Zhang Hong[1];
Qun: Zuo Ci, Cai Wenji.
Two Demi-God: God Si Mayi, God Zhao Yun.
[1] Zhang Zhao&Zhang Hong are two characters on the same card, like Yan Liang&Wen Zhou in the Fire Expansion）
