Sands of Blood, Sweat and Tears is a supplement for the original Baptism of Fire II and the original We Can Be Heroes rules. It will also work with the earlier Baptism of Fire rules.

It contains army lists for the USMC and Japanese from 1942-1945, plus a selection of scenarios based on real events through the island-hopping campaign.

This supplement can be used with other game systems requiring army lists and scenarios for this period.
