Greetings adventurers and Game Masters!

I am happy to release the seventeenth book in my OSR Series of adventures, “SAVIOURS OF THE GROVE”, a mid-level adventure where your players are tasked with travelling to the Grove of the Stone Portal to take it back from a Chaotic army that overtook the isle on which an ancient druidic monument sits. The invaders were led by the evil wizard Smudge Colfax, a corrupted spell slinger who sought access to a pool at the center of the grove, rumoured to be a magic sky portal linked with another in the flying city of Skyhold, to gain its fabled wonders for himself! The players are quested to recapturing the grove, securing the sky portal and rescuing the remaining druidic guard, Gilroi Nightshade, held captivate by the invaders.

This module may be run as a one-shot adventure, and it offers a complete, stand-alone scenario. However, for those groups who set their games in my campaign world of Terrans, this scenario is a follow-up to the adventure in the Starry Knight Press book SOSR15 Test of the Quizling; the quest giver in this adventure is the wizard Felwin Rincley, who employed the players to find his lost wand in that prior adventure.

SYNOPSIS: The Grove of the Stone Portal has been overrun by Chaotic invaders, enemies of the Balance led by a dark wizard. While the small isle is a sacred place for the druids of Terrans, it is also the site of a secret sky portal, which gives ground dwellers access to the fabled floating city of Skyhold. The druids are sworn to protect it, but now they are seeking help from outsiders to retake the Grove, rescue one of their own and secure the portal.
