After the 35-days-war that killed the usurpress and destroyed the demon kingdom of Oron, there is peace in Arania. Exuberantly the people hail the hero-king Arkos and his radiant wife, the equally beautiful and clever Eleonora.
But behind the veil the sunken Oron lives on. Hidden servants Orons plan mischief and worship the arch-demoness Belkelel in rites of blood. Powerful secret societies emerge from the shadows of the cities to turn the country into chaos. In "Schleiertanz" (dance of veils) the characters can look behind the carefully woven web of deception and intrigue to find long-lost tracks of the past. But the price they must pay for this knowledge is high and the temptation everywhere - not all of the tracks of seductive and corrupt Oron were eradicated so thoroughly as believed. Will the characters to resist the temptations and solve the mystery of the infamous wizard count of Eda? Can they prevent the shadow of Oron to fall on Arania a second time? And what price are they are willing to pay for the truth, when the boundaries between righteousness and iniquity blur before their own eyes?
