Scratchees: Suck Up The Slugs!

Game ID: GID0278983
Collection Status
Description

Scientists have just discovered that Amazon slug juice can give you superhuman powers! Healthy Amazon slugs are now selling for thousands of dollars each! You and your partner buy slug-sucking machines and head south to the Amazon to suck up as many slugs as you can sell! The first sucker to suck up 16 slugs wins the game!
Decide who goes first. Take turns scratching in the forest. You see:

LEAF - Good! Slugs hide under leaves. Scratch any space on the leaf pile to see if you find 1, 2 or 3 slugs. Scratch this many spaces on your slug sack to mark your score.

SLUG SLIME - Clue: there must be some slugs near this space because slugs leave a slime trail when they move.

SNAIL - Your opponent takes 2 turns in a row because your sucked a snail by mistake and it clogged your slug-sucker.

SQUISH - Yuck! You stepped on a slug! No score this turn.

GIANT AMAZON MOTHER SLUG - Oh no! She doesn't like you sucking up her slugs so she attacks you! Luckily, you brought salt to defend yourself. Throw a box of salt on your Giant Slug at the top of the card by scratching one of the 4 "salt boxes". You only have 4 boxes, so if you get attacked a 5th time, a Mother Slug smothers and slimes you and you lose the game!
