Description
川竜 (Sen-Ryu) is a card game from Japan. Players put together word cards to form spells to summon dragons. The spells must match the form of dragon they are trying to summon.
The designer says the game is intended to evoke the feeling of Chūnibyō, where young teens gain grandiose delusions and feel they are imbibed with special powers.
Played over two rounds, players draft cards, building up a combination of dragon and word cards, to form a summoning chant 'Kawaryu'. Each round, players score points for how well their spell matches their dragon. At the end of the game, the player with the highest total is the winner.
The game features 15 dragon cards with unique illustrations.
