Shadow of the Executioner is those tweener projects. Meaning, it can easily fit under my micro-adventure or micro-location categories. It present the setting and a situation then it is up to the GM to decide how to get the antagonist involved. I like these type of free ranged adventures. You don't have creatures stapled into a room waiting around.
