Re-mastered to HD at 720p for improved graphics on PlayStation 3, both the critically acclaimed Silent Hill 2 & 3 with full PlayStation Network trophy support. New in-game voiceovers directed by series vocalist Mary Elizabeth McGlynn and soundtrack score enhancing the storytelling and ambient music.
The PS3 HD Collection release removed most of the iconic fog that helped to hide the featureless environments in the original PS2 release. Several bugs, glitches, missing textures, and other problems not in the original were present in the HD Collection. A patch is available to download to fix the game.
