A stand-alone RPG that actually came with a hex-based board game as part of the main rules for ship-to-ship combat.
Not much was done with this after its initial release. Only 32 pages of rules total.
Expansion: Pieces of Eight (1980), 24 pages expanding original rules and adding 3 scenarios
