Skulls of Sedlec: Plague Doctors

Overwhelmed doctors struggle to treat plague-ridden communities.

Plague Doctors is a 6-card expansion that shuffles into the game, adds the ability to play with a 4th player and is fully compatible with the solo expansions, as well.

Adding in the expansion is easy, just shuffle in the expansion cards to the base game and play.

Strike a balance between using the infected to spread plague within specific communities of skulls and having enough plague doctors to treat all of the infected.

Each infected skull scores for the largest number of adjacent skulls of a single type. Each plague doctor skull scores 5 points provided the number of doctors exactly matches the number of infected.
