Choose your course--downhill, slalom or giant slalom. Your angle of descent as you cover the course determines your speed. Gentle traverses across the slope allow more control than gung-ho schussing or hotdogging. Severe injuries (or worse!) will result if you go wild and strike the pilons or trees. Your performance is rated (politely) at the end of your run.
