Sleeper of the Sunken City

Sleeper of the Sunken City is a 20th-level one-shot inspired by H P Lovecraft’s classic short story, ‘The Call of Cthulhu’. In this adventure, the characters encounter strange dreams and horrible rituals before making a journey across the seas to the ancient city of R’lyeh – and there, battle the Great Old One himself.

This adventure designed for four 20th-level characters, and even then, they might die. A stat block for Cthulhu (CR 30) is included at the end of the adventure.
