Description

From publisher blurb:

A supplement for Pathfinder 1st edition, providing a variety of archetypes and options for the Warrior NPC class, including 9 new archetypes, two Warrior-related prestige classes, 13 feats, and a handful of spells.

The warrior NPC class is designed for simplicity: it’s a fighter without any class features. This makes it ideal for whipping up a quick encounter, but lacking in flavour.

This book is an attempt to flesh out the warrior to make them more flexible as NPCs, and perhaps more interesting as allies or followers of the party. It opens with an expanded classic warrior archetype, adding professional competence and a degree of survivability while remaining simple to use. The bruiser is a no-nonsense thug, adept at brawling and keeping ordinary citizens in fear. The coastguard stands against invasion, piracy, and smuggling alike, and fears neither storm nor sea. The contender awes crowds with showmanship and excels in duels. The lackey is a devoted subordinate willing to sacrifice herself for her organization. The minder is a mentor as much as a bodyguard, protecting her charge against threats both physical and social. The quellfire protects communities against natural disaster, arson, and elemental threats. The subsistence hunter scoffs at hardship and works as a team to bring down powerful beasts. The town guard is trained to deal with both public disorder and the exotic abilities of lawless adventurers. Finally, the watchman is always alert for threats and intimately familiar with the beat he patrols.

As they ascend through the ranks, some will become village champions rallying their humble neighbours to defy the odds, or watch commanders overseeing the peace and lawfulness of entire towns.
